I initially went for an oil change. I usually go quick service place but had been smelling a burning smell that concerned me. I asked to have them check for leaks. A leak was found and repaired. Chance kept informed and was very professional.

My truck looked brand new. The estimate was reasonable. The estimate was quoted to me in a timely manner. I was updated about the progress of my repair.

I have to be honest. The morale of the service department is low. Some staff is very unfriendly. My car needed some mechanical work. As far as the job that was completed they overall did an outstanding job. I have a 2018 dodge challenger and thanks to them it runs like a new car. Chance was very professional. He stayed in contact with me and was very informative about my vehicle. I highly recommend for mechanical services , but it would be nice to feel more welcoming when entering the service department.

We drove 1.5 hours to this dealership to purchase a vehicle we were told was available. Once we arrived, the story kept changing. First, we were told the car had a recall but that we could “wait” for a fix. They said we could put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it. Later, that changed to they cannot sell the vehicle at all due to an open recall with no remedy something that was never disclosed before we made the drive. So why ask for a deposit? This vehicle was never legally sellable, yet we weren’t told until we were already there. After that, we were immediately redirected to a more expensive 2025 model. Despite the dealership’s mistake, the wasted trip, and us being willing to compromise on color, they refused to work with us on price in any meaningful way. On top of that, they offered an extremely low trade-in value for our 2024 Kona N Line AWD with ~23,000 miles, which felt like an attempt to recover profit elsewhere after refusing to adjust the new vehicle price. There was no accountability, no consistency, and no effort to make things right. Being given different explanations at different times made the experience feel misleading. Classic bait-and-switch situation. We left without a car after hours of driving and time wasted. I strongly recommend confirming availability, recall status, and pricing in writing before visiting this dealership. We will not be returning.

Very welcoming. Every sales representative greeted us and offered to help us out. Finance got us approved and out in no time.

They have a slways been helpful and done a great job. I have used their body shop to make repairs after an accident and their service center for mechanical repairs.

They had to repair the wire harness in my dodge truck . They did a great job. I highly recommend them.
